Ralph created CareerStratz to help students, displaced professionals, and senior leaders stop guessing, diagnose their career condition, build market-ready proof, and execute a structured path toward career mobility, income recovery, and executive visibility. The platform is built around a simple but disciplined belief: a job search is not a volume contest. It is a positioning, proof, targeting, and execution problem.
