Information CareerStratz Collects

CareerStratz / MOBICA may collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, billing information processed through Stripe, account credentials, resume content, work history, skills, career goals, educational background, proof points, CareerPulse diagnostic responses, assessment scores, course progress, resource downloads, community participation, email engagement, browser type, IP address, operating system, device identifiers, and general location data derived from IP address.

How Information Is Used

CareerStratz uses information to deliver and personalize services, process payments, generate CareerPulse diagnostic reports and service recommendations, communicate about courses or scheduling, send consent-based marketing communications, analyze platform usage, improve services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Service Providers and Sharing

CareerStratz may share information with trusted providers that help operate the platform, including Kajabi for course delivery, Stripe for payment processing, email marketing tools for communications, and video conferencing tools such as Zoom for coaching delivery. If a client enrolls in coached services, intake data and CareerPulse reports may be shared with the assigned coach for the limited purpose of delivering the engagement. University-license reporting should use aggregate anonymized outcome data unless individual consent is obtained.

Data Retention and User Rights

Account data and course progress are retained while an account is active. If deletion is requested, personal data should be deleted within 30 days except where retention is legally required, such as financial or tax records. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for research and program improvement. Users may request access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out of marketing, or withdrawal of consent by contacting privacy@careerstratz.com.

Security, Cookies, and Third-Party Links

CareerStratz should use SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment processing through Stripe, access controls, and regular security reviews. The website may use cookies and similar technologies for browsing experience, analytics, platform performance, targeted content, and course progress. The site may link to third-party websites; those third-party privacy practices are outside CareerStratz control.

CareerStratz uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage, improve the visitor experience, measure page performance, and evaluate which content and calls to action are most useful. GA4 may collect information such as pages visited, device type, browser type, approximate location, referring source, and website interactions. CareerStratz does not use analytics tools to guarantee employment outcomes or make automated employment decisions.

Children's Privacy

Services are not directed to individuals under 18. CareerStratz should not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 and should delete such information promptly if discovered.
