Acceptance and Services

By accessing CareerStratz.com, enrolling in a CareerStratz course, or purchasing a CareerStratz service, users agree to the Terms of Service. CareerStratz provides career coaching, digital courses, workshops, diagnostic assessments, and career strategy tools, including the Masara Framework, Insider Advantage, CareerPulse, Career911, CareerCare, university licensing programs, corporate consulting engagements, and group workshops.

Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in CareerStratz services. Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials and for activities that occur under their accounts.

Payment Terms

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is intended to be processed securely through Stripe via Kajabi or approved checkout infrastructure. One-time purchases provide access to purchased course content for as long as the platform remains operational. CareerCare subscriptions may be cancelled, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Coaching packages are subject to the applicable Coaching Service Agreement.

Intellectual Property

CareerStratz methodologies, frameworks, templates, worksheets, course materials, and tools — including the Masara Framework, Insider Advantage, CareerPulse, ACR Formula, Execution Thesis formula, Proof Point Mining Workshop, Multi-Role Strategy Matrix, Sprint Calendar, and associated trademarks — remain the intellectual property of MOBICA and Ralph Kindred. Users receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual career development use only.

No Employment or Outcome Guarantee

Career outcomes depend on market conditions, individual effort, qualifications, geography, industry trends, and employer decisions. CareerStratz does not guarantee employment, interviews, salary levels, placement, recruiter access, board appointments, or any specific career outcome. The Masara Framework Confidence Guarantee, if offered, provides only the specific complimentary strategy session described in the policy and does not constitute a job-placement promise or refund promise.

Professional Boundaries

CareerStratz services are career-strategy and educational services. CareerStratz is not acting as a therapist, counselor, attorney, financial advisor, recruiter, employment agency, or guaranteed placement provider. If a client's needs fall outside career coaching scope, CareerStratz should recommend appropriate professional resources.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerStratz, MOBICA, and Ralph Kindred should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, employment, or career opportunities. Any unresolved disputes should be governed by Illinois law and resolved in state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, subject to attorney review.
