Refund / Guarantee Policy

Draft refund and guarantee policy for CareerStratz digital courses, coached services, and subscriptions.

Digital Courses

Because digital course content is delivered immediately after purchase, all digital course sales are final. No refunds are issued for digital course purchases. Users retain access to purchased course content for as long as the platform remains operational. Technical access issues should be submitted to support for resolution.

Coaching Services

For Tier 2, Career911, CareerRx, CareerAssistNow, or other coached engagements, clients who are dissatisfied should contact CareerStratz within the first 7 days of the engagement. CareerStratz may work to resolve concerns by reassigning a coach, adjusting session format or schedule, or modifying engagement scope. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be credited toward future CareerStratz services within 12 months, subject to the applicable Coaching Service Agreement.

CareerCare Subscriptions

CareerCare subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

Masara Framework Confidence Guarantee

If offered, the confidence guarantee requires completion of all 5 core modules, completion of the full toolkit, 90 consecutive days of Sprint Calendar execution with documented evidence of weekly quota completion, and a guarantee claim submitted within 14 days after the 90-day period ends. If the conditions are met and the client does not receive at least 3 interview callbacks during the 90-day period, CareerStratz provides one complimentary 45-minute strategy session. This is not a refund and not a guarantee of employment.

University Licenses

University license agreements are governed by the individual agreement executed between MOBICA and the licensing institution. The standard refund policy does not apply to university licensing arrangements.
